Trad Arr have totally lost the plot this time as far as direction is concerned. They jump from acoustic folk to dance anthem to cockney sing-a-long with grace and purpose but without ever knowing quite where the No 86 bus stops these days. The sampler lead frenzy of 'Call Your God' is a perfect example of Paul Warwick’s 'devil may learn' violin technique, which has since been copied hundreds of times by burglar alarm designers but never equalled. Goldings lyrics take on more of an edge and 'Paper Tower' asks the question that has since been asked a million times 'Who Got it Wrong?'. The tabla and violin mantra anthem for the 21st Century? 'Drive Alone' is a Neil Young inspired whisper in the ear of the night and 'Cheap To Smile' would be a Number One hit if it were ever recorded by someone else. 'Baby Monster' is just awesome.

Trad Arr have finally found their dancing shoes with these recordings and they have no doubt paved the way for their next  worrying venture whatever it may be.
